    agree that this book's a much needed departure from the poetry shit of our filipiniana shelves. none of that dina roma shit, none of that ronald baytan shit,, none of that marne kilates shit... but cm'on, it's not THAT good. we dont need a filipino version of a bukowski. bukowski is a passe. excentric self-expressivist "don't give a shit about the world' poetry like this is CLICHE, and bajarias work followes that bukoski credo of lack of craft. what we need are more false scientificities like adam david's el bimbo variations, more pseudo-madnesses like angelo suares' dissonant umbrellas, more mergings of play with meditation like mesandel argueles' parang, more soft surrealisms like joel toledo's. so pwede ba, tigilan na natin ang excessive praise sa libro na to. its good, but its not god's gift to man, you motherfuckers. puro kayo backpatting, palibhasa magkakatropa kayo.

  10. Palagay ko 'yung tulang ito eh inspirado ng FERMATA ni Nicholson Baker. Dun kasi, nagkoconceptualize s'ya ng isang kalendaryong "O-shots" ang title. Sa calendar na ito, bawat buwan ay may headshot ng isang babaeng may orgasm-face, tapos may pirma pa sa ilalim na nagsasaad ng authenticity ng orgasm na nararanasan n'ya during the photoshoot. FERMATA....libro ng TnL.
